DUNEDIN CHAPTER SCOTLAND #9083
Established in 1994
Established in 1994 with just under 50 members, Dunedin Chapter Scotland has flourished, with an existing membership of approx 450! This makes us not only the largest Scottish Chapter, but the largest UK Hog Chapter, with members located all over the UK and in areas of Europe such as Italy, Switzerland, Norway, Spain, Belgium and Germany and even further afield in the United States and Canada. Our Dunedin Chapter logo, flag and registered Chapter tartan are recognised the world over.
Can you hear it
From a humble but very exciting beginning in a Faskally caravan site in 1994, our flagship rally “Thunder in the Glens” has become the largest Chapter Rally in Europe with an average attendance of over 3,000.
Our Members Ride
Our members ride far and wide to attend other Chapter rallies and Dunedin Chapter regularly win “Best Attended Chapter”. In the 2018 HOG “Chapter Challenge” mileage awards we can proudly say we swept the boards, winning “Greatest Number of Participants”, “Greatest Total Mileage Top 10”, and “Greatest Total Mileage”. These awards will take pride of place in our Edinburgh based dealership Edinburgh Harley-Davidson.
Our Road Crew
With a 31 strong Road Crew organising rides weekly in different areas of Scotland throughout the riding season, along with monthly Chapter meetings all year, local meet-ups, special events and raising money for our chosen charities, there’s always a full Chapter Calendar, never a dull moment and something for everyone, rider or pillion!
